This is my 1979 Toyota Celica that Ive had since 1991....When i bought it it was completly stock It was brown, and it had whitewall tires ....the only pic i got of it brown... In 1992 I painted it, the color u see got it from a 1992 Geo Prizm....I added the rims and tires, headers, a flow master muffler and sidedraft mikuni's ,Hi compresion TRD pistons and a mild cam......drove around like that for years... In 1998 I decided to go turbo...Here are some pics of that...there was no turbo kit, so every thing was custom made by me and my friends...I used the low compresion pistons that came in the toyota pickup, went and got some weber carbs and had them sealed for turbo....
this is the turbo manifold boxy but it worked...
This is the engine installed here's a pic of the interior
putting the intercooler took a little cutting but it came out good im also running TRD valves
well guys let me know what you think of my ride!
well it has been a while that i had the car looking the way u see it now....so in 2005 i decided to redo the car....completly...here is some of the process.... started taking parts off and noticed rust.... Here i started some of the body work....
well this is when it finally got painted silver..i also added a front spoiler 2 it..
when bringing it home... i was trying out some rims to see how it would look and fit...
Here are some pics of how the car is coming out...i put the intercooler in, and finished off all of the front and put the front and back glass on....
these are some of the front
these are my friends rims ..she let me borrow them to see how they look when she got the tires on...
i installed some coil-over on the celica with new strut mounts and struts and new brake hose 2....they look real sweet.. i also installed a HID kit 8000k...what a difference in light output...here are some pics to show the difference HID on right and blue halogen on left...
this are the rims i decided 2 buy 18" drag wheels...i tried the silver, and the black..but decided to go with the gunmetal....
this is just some things im doing to the interior changed the gauges and added some touches to it
I installed LED bulbs to the dash...
I replaced my stock rear end with a Supra-celica one...which is much stronger and has disk br
akes...
I didnt liked how it looked with the rims so i bought some new one's 18x7.5
I redid the engine got new pistons..
..new head..and honed the block...rebuilt the Turbo.. added a few details on the engine...and heres the final result!!! .... well guys the car has gone threw major changes let me know what u think....will up-date on process of car....PLEASE RATE MY CAR!!!!! .hov:hover{background-color:yellow}EVERYBODY GET UP FT PRETTY RICKY (Pitbull) Video Code provided by VideoCodeZone.Com
