This is my 1999 Dodge Dakota bass machine... check that out !
The cab is fully loaded with 4 Cerwin Vega's Stroker 15D4 in a 16.5 cubic feet box made with 1" thick MDF with 2"X4" braces...
You can see the the 40" X 7" port and beleive it or not, at 38 Hz, your T-shirt is going up on you !!! there's a lot of air comming out of that big port...
Just added some flexible neon (Varad) around the Strokers... looks cool !
This is the head unit, an Alpine CDA-7850...
Those AVI speakers really pound... There are 2 X 6.5" LXD-160 midbass, 2 X MXD-100 midrange and 1 X HF-25S 1" dome tweeter on each door. Door panels are temporarily installed. I'm planning new fiberglass door panel... it had to play for the moment !
This is the "driving" setup !!! about 3600 watts RMS with 6 X Phoenix Gold ZX-600ti (one amp and one 1.2 farad Phoenix Gold cap for each subs, one for mid bass and one for mid-hi) and one 1300 amps/400 min. Interstate 8D-PHD monster battery !
I also have an Alpine CHA-S624 cd changer (need it cuz indash cd can't handle the bass !!!). A Phoenix Gold EQ-232ti 30 bands for equalization and a Audio Control Epicenter... for more bass !
I'm also using Phoenix Gold cables, RCA, fuse block, ect...
And a little bit of lighting for the amps set up !
Result ? 37/40 curve (IASCA) and 152.0 dB output !
Outlaw SPL is 163.8
not bad for only 4 subs !!!
BOOM !
