And Finally in July '04, I purchased my 4 inch Rough Country lift with high hopes in mind!

My dad and I put on the lift.
It took all weekend because a lot of my bolts were seized from rust.

My Jeep came from the North...

Finally, the 4th of July weekend! Exactly one year after the suspension lift, now its time for the 3 inch body lift!(It wasn't much fun installing)

Sorry I don't have any pics of the install, I was too busy fixing broken off bolts in my body! What a nightmare!
Here's a shot about 90% complete

While taking out my steering shaft, I discovered that it was rusted and would not telescope at all! On top of that, the u-joints were also very worn out. I managed to get the shaft free of the jeep and with a little help from a vice and a hammer, I freed the rust and got the little spring out. I put the shaft back in and decided I should order a new shaft. I figured the old one would hold out long enough until my new one arrived from Quadratec! $115 later
Here it is complete, 20+ hrs later!
