Here are some pics of the engine bay right before it went down for the big single turbo upgrade. Finally! : ) It's going to be a completely different bay by the time I'm done with it! No more twin turbos for me, no sir!
Here's my turbo kit. Notice I had the manifold, 4" downpipe and turbine side of the turbo heat coated in black? Thought that'd be a nice touch next to all the polished parts that will find their way home into my engine bay (bottom set of pictures on this page).
Greddy 4 row Intercooler + replacement black hoses and upgraded clamps to hold in that boost, and the Tial Blowoff valve (generally considered the best BOV out there right now, American made I might add!!).
*UPDATE* 5/6/2006
Just got a couple pictures taken of the engine bay pieces I had polished, they turned out great! You're seeing the intake manifold + throttle body, valve covers, power steering reservoir, FMIC piping, and upper radiator waterneck.
PICTURES OF EVERYTHING INSTALLED SOON TO FOLLOW, STAY TUNED!! Cause soon after that comes the dyno sheet : )
