I never thought I'd be able to say this. . .
My name is Benjamin Fisher and I am the proud owner of a Renaissance Red, Toyota Supra Twin Turbo six-speed. I purchased it in August 2004 with 113K miles, flew to Manchester NH to pick it up and drove it all the way back home to Phoenix. It took 44 hours to drive home, and some of which was white knuckle driving through the hurricane torrenting through the north east at the time. All in all it was a wonderful and exciting buying experience, it was evident right off the bat that the previous owner treated her well. Even now the previous owner and I keep in contact to shoot ideas back and forth concerning it's build up.

Originally I had intended to dive right into (as many supra owners swear they won't, but do anyway) a big single turbo kit, but my car got vandalized twice in a one week period! Can you believe the haters? So the money meant to finish up the single conversion had to go to paint. While the car was getting painted (a seven week process), I decided to buy a house, so the single turbo aspirations got pushed back even further. Although I'm nearing this projects completion, the two years I've spent in parts gathering and preparation has taken it's toll.
I almost literally cannot wait to get this turbo kit installed, it sounds absolutely amazing when it spools. Wanna hear a confession? That's the main reason I went with this kit : ) Some supra owners are more concerned with spool, power delivery, or maximum horsepower capabilities. . .but me? I'm simpler. I just want to hear a monster turbo scream under my hood and watch the world warp past me as I fly down the highway!! To hear what this turbo will sound like, left click on this link: Supra T51R KAI turbo vs. 351 Cobra. This video actually inspired to buy this kit, mine is identical to the one you hear in the black supra.
The following content is a documented progression of my supra project. I sincerely hope you enjoy the pictures and the reading that goes along with. I am ever grateful for
the continued support and encouragement from my auto enthusiast community, please feel free to leave feedback in my guestbook!!

PICTURES IN THE FOR SALE ADVERTISEMENT, car was located in Massachusetts. I discovered it on www.supraforums.com, where the seller, Mark Messina, had posted a thread including these two photos amongst a few others. I stared at these very photos everyday for over 6 weeks until I was able to fly out and pick it up, everyday was torture!!

A snap shot taken somewhere along the way home. Missouri, I think.

When I brought the car home, within the first couple weeks I had ripped out all the tan interior and replaced it with much nicer and newer black interior pieces. The conversion included a new OEM shift knob, e-brake, new OEM black carpeting and supra floor mats. The black leather '98 seats you see below are out of Ryan Woon's WOTM Quicksilver drag monster.
I also pitched the brand new clear headlights in favor of a pair of black '98 headlights.
