This is my 1977 Pontiac Trans Am.

My mother has been the owner since about 1993 when my dad bought it for her as a gift back at Smyrna, Georgia. The car was parked in 1998 because of various mechanical problems. Back in 2000, I began messing around with it just to play around with it and see if I could get it to run again. After just changing the battery and starter, the car was running, however over time and some working on it I've found other problems with the car that need some attention. As of now I'm Dealing with college, so my work is not quite as frequent, however I'm not giving up on this project. I'm hoping by the end of the fall it will be on the road as my daily driver as I will continue work on it.

Although not quite noticable from the pics (to some degree), the car does need some body work. Most of which is the typical Second gen. F-body stuff (rust). The car was NOT originally Yellow. The previous owner apparently painted it this color when he was trying to restore it. The paint job was done kind of poorly, so it will definately be needing another one. I will keep it this color, it's kinda grown on me to be honest.

More pics of the engine and etc.
