------------97-99 ECLIPSE CARBON FIBER EXHAUST/BUMPER GUARD BY CARBON TRIX------------
I talked to Carbon Trix recently about them making a carbon fiber exhaust/bumper guard for the 97-99 Eclipse stock/OEM rear bumper. This guard will be a nice stylish piece that will help protect your bumper from exhaust heat and residue. Rob (Carbon Trix's fabrication guy) said they would need about 20 pre-sales @ $130 per guard before they would go ahead and produce this carbon fiber part. This is just to make sure that they would sell enough of them, and wouldn't lose money on the design, molds, R&D, etc.
Carbon Trix already makes this guard for the EVO VIII rear bumper... a picture of this guard is shown below.
^^^As you can see, this is a very nice piece that would be a great addition to any 2gb Eclipse.
Why I'm writing all this is becuase I'm trying to get enough interested 97-99 Eclipse owners together to get this part put into production.
