Enter the Interior...
The original grey twead interior lay dormant for many years...but that was all about to change. Even though the car is over 17 years old, the interior was in excellent condition and I kept it that way. Eventually however, boredom set in and the rest is history... :)
I alwayas loved light tan interior as it had a very classy feel to it. Ratehr than paying someone to do it for me, I thought "Where is the fun in that?" I decided it was time for a new project and thus tackled it in my garage. It took around 2 weeks to complete with the majority of the work done on the weekends. I've gone the extra mile and placed foam on all the panels to create a soft and "puffy" feel. I removed the 2000 spec shift gear and had new custom ones made from the same material to match.
The usual items which get damaged or worn over time, such as the Targa trims have been replaced as well.
I also purchased a new Nismo Aluminium shift knob. :)

Customising the Dash:
The Original black dash was quite plain and boring. Being a Japanese Import, the Speedometer only went up to 180km/h (112mph). There were several aftermarket 320km/h speedo's available for the car...Nismo, Tomei etc...but I went with a custom made one here in Aus that went up to 300km/h. It was fine for a while, but eventually I wanted a change. Soon after, a complete white face kit was available with the 300km/h speedo as well. The other good thing about this new kit is the Boost and Oil Pressure gauges are now in PSI format. Chrome rings which fit around the dials were also available and I purchased and installed them myself. I finished it off by changing the illumination globes to blue LED's.
The result is this...
