tl2005's 1990 Mazda Miata on CarDomain

First up are my $13 Ebay coilovers!!!! I do not mean 13 each... Or $13 and some crazy shipping costs. They were $13 TOTAL + $22 for shipping which I thought was reasonable but did not Expect Much, Most coilovers start at $350-$400 and go upwards. The kit (which all components were new) I recieved for $13 contained 4 springs 2 at 350lbs for rear 2 at 450lbs for front and 4 complete sets of the hardware to mount the coilovers. The kit also can with extra set screws for mounting the adjustment hut to the shock, I only mention these because almost everything I buy that requires screws/bolts etc usually has exacty the number of fasteners included and it was nice to have some extras of these small parts. I also got a set of 4 KYB - AGX's also from ebay (new), and 4 kyb shock bumpstops/covers.

The only part of the kit which seemed suspect to me was the o rings to guide the coilover over the shock. I beafed this up by addding telfon strips which will have a much longed life..

You can see the small Oring above the telfon strip that I did not believe would have a very long life.

And the Rears , As you can see from the closeup there is not much adjustment travel left in the Coilovers but the car sits at exactly the height I wanted, About 1.25" down from stock. Or 12.75" from center of wheel to fender.
