These are a few pics of my fender trimming attempts. They are kind of primative but get the job done. I have no rubbing. If you look at the first pic you can see the line I was going to follow on the fender.

I cut about 3/4" less than that and folded the lip over for a nice round edge.There is a support at the rear that I did not want to cut off so that determined how far I went back.

Plans so far are V8 conversion, 2" body lift, goin with 32 or 33 BFG's, change out the headlights and grille. Add a new hitch..! Then later on.. paint job! lol

Sharp looking BII. I like it. Great wheeling pics. As I went thru your pages I wondered when you would get around to a wider stance. I couldn't believe you had 32x11.5s on 7" wheels. I'm trying my best not to trim my fenders. I'm saving for a set of 32x11.5x15 BFG mud terrains. Not much rock down here, just mud, sand and water. Check out the wheels I got at the scrap yard. Wish you had more details to go with pics.

i want to try 37" tires on my truck without crazy suspension mods and all i can find is 6" suspension and 2 or 3" body lift.do you think i could pull this off w/o alot of rubbing?i just want this for a street toy.
