Lowering: I used a compleat Tokiko shock, strut, and spring package. The kit is a 1.5" drop but the old suspention parts were so wore out that the car only droped 1/4" or less from where it sat when I bought it. This is an excelent kit for the money ($500.00 + shiping). I would recomend it to any one who likes a firm positive feeling ride. I dont have any numbers to back up my feelings but its 100% better than stock. cornering is improved and the car accelerates flat, bumps are a litte rough but its not a luxury car its a sports car.

pan hard rod: I used an edlbrock adjustable pan hard rod. this instaled with no problems, I let the car down and adjusted it on the ground using a level and a tape to center the rearend perfectly. This makes a drastic difference over stock as wheel hop is reduced greatly.

Wheels: These are ROH 17"X 8.5" 5-spoke rims puchased off of a wrecked 87 trans am for $250.00 (good friend)

Tires: Up front I am curently running a set of Toyo proxes 235/45/zr17, I like these tires. The tread patern looks ok and they stick very well. They seem to be of a fairly soft compound so they do ware semi-quickly.
Out back I am running a set of khumo supra ecstas 255/40/zr17 I like these tires the best so far due to there ability to take a lot of abuse ie; burn outs and drifting. They are fairly hard compound and are kind of slick untill they get warm, after that they are ok. The price is right since they are porche take offs that I get from my local porche buddy. the khumos new run about 99-130 each.
