This is my 'new' swift !

I've bought it in May 2005. It's a 1989 Suzuki Swift 1.3 GS, with all the nice stuff you're supposed to see in a GS, like sports seats and a sporty steering wheel.
The car is in need of some work, but the engine runs fine. It has run just over 120k km.

Done so far :
- replaced the crappy old window hinges with shiny new chrome ones
- installed an inside-car elektronic antenna
- installed a (cheap but working) stereo, connected to pre-installed standard speakers. In the future, I will install something with a CD-player (i like the recent alpine HU's) and an amp to power a sub and four speakers, instead of the 2 speaker-setup it has now.
- installed a steering wheel cover (LED lighted)
- installed a Sun Filter (black transparent)
- installed a 28-LED third brake-light

UPDATE JULY 2005
well, i've done some more work on the car. pictures will be here soon, but it's now all shiny and red again.
here goes :
- all new exhaust system (I knew it had to be replaced when i bought the car, but it was still a bargain).
- new steering wheel cover (blue, no leds, but this looks much better)
- new gearstick frame and gearknob (both polished aluminium)
- installed some neon lights on the dash (gotta start somewhere eh)
- replaced several engine parts en fiddled with the engine settings a bit. it now runs smoother, and the car has no more problems 'waking up'. (and it now occasionally wins a traffic light sprint :) )
- installed Central Locking on front doors.
