I removed the dashboard to find out why the dash lights are not working. What a mess!! After 2 months of tracing and reconnecting wires, I finally got my dash lights to work. There was two ground wires that were removed/not connected and one wire that had a crimp in it.

I've got a buddy that will either have the body parts you're looking for or will know where to find them. He's got three different Gran Torinos and a garage full of nothing but torino parts. Nice ride, look forward to seeing the final product. Let me know if you're interested in any parts.

Nice 72, they look good with the upper trim taken off the side like you did, I'll be doing that with my 72, and replacing the lower trim. Got a 73 on my page, I'll be adding more sometime soon, I'm glad to see so many other fine Torinos on this site.
