LoboE's 1977 Chevrolet Malibu

The exterior is pretty much original, including the paint. I put on new wheels and tires and removed the wheel trim. I found the grill in a junkyard, cleaned it up and chopped it to fit.

Yokohama 420s on 17" MB Motoring aluminum wheels.
All stock engine bay except for the Edelbrock air filter and valve covers. I painted the supports.

Pretty clean interior. Everything is original except for the back package tray I covered when I installed the stereo. Infinity Kappa speakers all around powered by an Infinity amp.
The front speakers are out there until I figure out a way to make them more hidden without ruining the sound or cutting anything.

The deck is in the glove box to keep the stock look.

The trunk is in decent condition. I mounted the Infinity amp and 6x9 Kappas under the package tray so if you look into the trunk you just see the old stock tire and jack, which I think is pretty damn cool.

Some pics with my old wheels and trim, and my first custom grill.

A couple of pics with other cars. The first one is with another '77 that pulled into the parking lot at work. The other pic is with my '57.

That is a clean Chevy, we finished the engine and I gave it to my son for his tinkering time now. A few things are left to do but hope to have it done soon. Thanks for checking in with us. Jerry
