This is my 1993 GMC k1500 4x4 it has 200,000 miles on it. it got a 4.3 liter with a 5-speed, 3.73 ratio. Its nickname is "jake brake" because when you let off the petal thats what she sounds like. I have pulled 1000 bushels(60 pounds per bushel) of corn at one time before. She aint weak, shes a very strong runner.
I have 31x 10.50s buckshots on it. It has chrome dmi class 4 bumper on the back. I just put a brand new motor and tranny and t-case. I am currently putting and stainless steel line and hoses on it. Its a hard working truck it has made our farm run very smooth.

This is what she looked like after a year of me rebuilding it

Last spring i took the truck to crums mud run for some fun. we washed most of the mud off after practice that what it looked like after one run through the speed pit. In practice I got stuck in mud that came to the door handles.

Heres what she looked like when i got back

Evan hows it goin. If you get the grille you want go with the composite headlights they are so much better than the 4 sealed beams. I only had one problem converting from single to composites. You will need to find a junker for the wire harness to the headlights. I got mine from the extended cab I scrapped out. Truck looks great though. I have a 4.3 Vortec in my Astro van they are powerful little motors. Good on gas as well. Mike

Hey y did u put all that money in that 4.3 that didn't even have the vortex heads when u could have had a bad ass v8 for the same amount of money. What do u want for that 4.3.
