A little rough on the edges but hey it has a clean title and was only $500 and it has alot of potential. Of course I plan on the things I want to do to it will take alot of time patients and money but plan on working on it for a long time. At least through college and a little afterwards too.
Originally I planed on just taking a motor of 3000GT Twin Turbo and transplanting it into the Daytona. But after alot of thinking I decided that would take to much time and custome fabrication of parts. So then I thought about just putting a single turbo on the chrysler 6G72(which is the noting more than a mitsubishi 6G72) of course there will have to be a decrease in the compresion ratio from 8.85:1 to at lease a 8:1 ratio.So I'll probably have to use dished pistons or alter the heads in some way.
