This is my Supercharged Saleen #975

The car's beginning was a tough one, with only 15K on the odometer it was stolen and stripped, then abandoned. I purchased the car shortly thereafter and began to return it to running condition. Since it had some minor body damage to both the front and rear a Saleen Kit was a natural choice. The engine was stock so it has been modified and replaced with a race spec. forged rotating assembly that cranks out around 400 HP, thats (340 RWHP ie: to the wheel) A Saleen Intercooled Series II Supercharger with a Chicane Kit (Smaller Pully and CAI) was added to wake it up, along with BBK Headers, Saleen Borla Exhaust, and a Saleen custom tune. In all everything is genuine Saleen purchased from Saleen, installed by me. I chose to add the #975 because in the year 2K there were 974 numbered Saleens produced by Saleen. So yes it is built by me with 100% GenuineSaleen parts, which the purists will say it is not a Genuine Saleen. I agree with that and disagree at the same time, If everything on it is 100% Genuine Saleen how can it not be a Saleen Mustang? What it truly is, is a non-numbered Saleen, but that doesnt make it not Genuine. :)
