E46 Wheel is above. Below the stock E34/95 wheel. Notice the difference at 1 o'clock position for the SlipRing connector passthru.

Once the physical mods are done, it is a case of mounting it right. Easier said than done because straight alignment is tricky. Takes a few tries to get it almost square on!.
