1993 MR2 Turbo
I bought this car in December 2003.

First and foremost, my son Jeremiah loves working on our MR2. His favorite car is the Supra Mkiv!

Audio Setup

I am running two Alpine V-12 amps. An MRV-F302 is powering two 6.5 inch Polk Audio dbs, and an MRV-T420 is powering two 10" Kicker CompVRs in .71 cu. ft. sealed enclosures. This DIY frunk mounted amp rack is about the best and easiest place to install amps in an MR2. The signal is coming from a 4 volt Alpine 9827 cd player.

I spent about 2.5 hours installing and creating a custom amp rack.

We have the same TRD shift knob! I had the round TRD one as well but didn't like it as much and so I modified my shifter to accept the one that you're using. ^_^

Hey, that is my '93 lt blue in the January 23, 2005 meet in San Antonio. Your car looks great. Are you a member of the SA MR2 OC? Do you know who to contact to join?

very sleek and clean! I am a recent owner of an mr2, ceck out my car as well! Hey I have a diy amp rack too! but mine is a bit smaller and it has the 4 channel amp facing backwards, but it is the same idea as yours! Also, I have 2 12's behind the setas but I think they dont have enough room in the boxes for them to sound good, hw do the 10's sound??? Love the ride! ALSO, I see you have the JDM toyota X rear strut bar, is that functional and works well? I was wondering if it is a good investment or if it is just a showy piece of metal/ Let me know and check mine out! Thanks! -Kyle
