This is my 1995 Camaro Z28 that I've had for about the past 3 years now. It was great to have the only F-Body in high school. My mods inlclude: K&N intake, de-screened MAF, TPI air foil, gutted catalytic, Flowmaster muffler, drilled and slotted rotors, EBC Greenstuff brake pads, Energy Suspension tranny mount, Eibach springs.
The springs were on the car when I got it so I'm not sure if it is lowered or not. It seems a bit low for stock so maybe it is, but no more than a half inch I would guess.
This is pretty much what it looked like when I bought it. As you can tell something is missing....

How about stripes? These are my fresh custom painted stripes. I actually got to tape off exactly where I wanted them and everything. My other exterior mods are: Wade smoked headlight covers (since removed), fog lights stay on with high beams (necessary with headlight covers), front turn signals/park lights modded to bright park lights (compare old and new pictures to see difference), black "CAMARO" fill in decal.
I originally put a B&M shift kit in, with the help of a friend. However, after a small run in with a rather large rock... don't ask... The tranny developed a leak and went downhill from there. So when I had it rebuilt I asked for the best reasonable rebuild possible. As the serviceman said "this should give you something you can really romp." It runs higher fluid pressure, synthetic fluid, wider and stronger bands, and a higher stall RPM torque converter. This is ten times better than the B&M shift kit was alone. Under normal driving it is friendly and comfortable. But when I get on the gas it will shift fast and hard. There is no lag at all.
A few pictures of the engine bay... it's a little dirty but better than being a trailer queen.
As far as my sound system goes I have a JVC Chameleon head unit, which I really like. When it's not in use it folds up and just looks flat and black. I also have a Jensen dual bandpass box with 2 10" JL Audio subs, rated to 250 watts I think, powered by a 400 watt Jensen Amp. I bought the box and amp off a friend after he fried the Jensen subs that were originally in the box.
The car made 275 HP and 325 FT/lb torque stock. If the small mods I did added all that they claim I would think it should be a little over 300 Hp.
As you can see here a friend was having some fun with photoshop to "lower" my car.
Good pic of "The Christmas Tree" as it's been called. All four of my headlights are high beams now. After one of the low beam bulbs burnt out I just replaced both with the high beam bulbs. There are a few measures that try to prevent one from doin this but they are easily bypassed.
I also replace the 225/60 16" grandpa tires with Hankook 245/50 16" This made the car look much better, the wheels no longer get lost in the tires.
I've taken it to 2 auto-cross events held by the local Corvette club so far. I'm not that great of a driver yet I have to admit but I'm working on it. I hope to have some pictures of those events up soon.

The wheels were on the car when I bought it. I don't think they would have been my first choice but when I saw that they run $230 a piece I guess the guy before me must have really liked them haha. They have grown on me, but I wouldn't mind getting some nice chrome 5 spoke wheels... but can't drop the cash right now.

One of the perks of having car dealers in the family and working for them at the largest auto auction in the world (The Manhiem Auto Auction), they let you take their 1997 Ferrari 456 out for a cruise :o)
