Radiator Support
I'm not sure if it's MY radiator support of what - but it's got bends and holes in it that make it look like junk. So I decided to plug a few holes and straighten out a few areas. There are spot welds that leave some indentations, so I filled then with weld. Then created a few plus for the holes and welded them on. Here's the progress pictures.....
Some initial smoothing and some holes that needed plugging. I used some scrap sheetmetal and put a pin-puller pin on them, then cut and used a flap disc to fit them to the correct size.
Seems that the radiator support is made from 2 pieces, and there was no smoothness where the pieces joined, I welded where the pieces met on each side then smoothe those out too
