This is a great looking wagon,especially now that you've re-furbished it...Just one thing irked me;my family used to have a 74 LTD Brougham(a fourdoor hardtop luxo-sedan version)And it's owner's manual said that it weighed 4400 lbs,and that stationwagon versions weighed 4800 lbs...How did you get yours to weigh so much?

I have a '77 also. I'm glad someone else is also keeping these "road kings" around and not scrapping them to a junk yard. Mine was on her way to that.........but I changed that.
