First time the 200ci ran in 20+ years
Found a good storage place for these
Dismantling begining (yes that is snow on the ground in front of the car! It was cold that day!)
Cutting out drivers side rusted floor
Cut out trunk floor and the rusted wheel well
Trunk floor goine just discovered that part of the frame is completey rusted off!
Almost done with the drivers side trunk floor and wheel well.
Completed drivers side trunk floor and wheel well. Test fitting the gas tank.
New core support and lower core support.
Test fitting the new hood on the core support.
Test fitting the supension and 1970 disc brake spindle on the new shock tower
New drivers side rocker pannel. (sorry for the dark pic is was 1:00 in the moning when i took this.)
New passenger side shock tower test fitting the brace.
Rusted out bumper mounting hole.
New 1/4 pannel just came in! (Marked in white was where it was damaged in shipping)
New signed Caroll Shelby glove box door.
Glove box door installed with new tilt column. Just had the interrior painted in a truck bed coating.
Back from the body guy!! I forgot to pick up 2 headlight bulbs! OOPS i think the parts store knows me by my first name now! lol
Pic of the 2 wheel drive 93 ranger wheels i got from the junk yard. perfect fit.
The body guy said it took him 3 days to get the stripes to line up with the scoop and still be straight. They are clear coated over so they are smooth.
New crate motor in! It is a 302 H.O. with dual quads of corse!
Painted the booster and the master cylinder cover.
The Steeriods rack just came in!
Finishing touches in the garage.
First time moving under it's own power in 20+ years!
Seats, carpet, and gauges almost finished.
All done! Now i an going to lower the front 2" with adjustable coil overs and the rear 3" with lowering blocks. What do you think? 3 years to finish her all by my self. And yes it is the same car i get that a lot! Thanks for looking!
