Everything Installed, FINALLY Well it only took til July to get it all in and tuned. I effin love it too now. Great power and great manner. Car dyno'ed at 350
rwhp and 353 rwtq. Good numbers for a cam only A4 with stock 98 heads. Just killed an o2 sensor the other day though so yay another thing needs to be fixed. well im outtie for now. later all.
Cam, LS6 Intake, and Aluminum Driveshaft 4 or 5/??/06 I got all this in the mail a couple weeks ago, just waiting for my asshole friend lol j/k ,Red98Z, to finish his so I can use his stuff for my install. The cam is a TSP TorquerV.2 cam with a 232/234 lift on a 113 LSA and I went with the PRC dual spring kit for the whole package. It shall be interesting, his definitely was, but free is better than the $500 it costs to get that shit installed. So once I get this in its tune time and that will be another $500, but the almost 400 rwhp will make up for the money lol.
Torque Converter 10/17/2005 Well lets just say that torque converters rock. Just got my 3500 TCI SSF installed today and major difference. It is so much quicker now. All I have to do now is find out where to put the transmission cooler. Any ideas, let me know. I was thinking where the windshield washer fluid is and just remove that. Next will be suspension to put all that sweet TQ to the ground so LCAs and Springs are on the way soon.
Dyno and Billet Grille 5/6/05 Me and my friend Sapp went to the dyno after I put my billet grille on yesterday (new pics with it should be up soon). I dynoed at 315.9 rwhp and 340.1 rwtq. So at the crank it is ~396 hp and ~426 tq. He dynoed his 98Z at 313 rwhp and 333 rwtq. We both have a code from the exhaust which is throwin off our timing and that is why we are dropping off at the top end. Also I am running on the rich side at 13.0 or richer so now I'm debating on whether to lean it out or just leave it.
*PURCHASED CAR 4/9/2005* This is my new ride. I got it with 86k miles on it with a few mods already on it: long tube coated headers, full magnaflow exhaust, descreened MAF, TSP intake lid, SLP Cold Air kit, and a shift kit. It also has dark grey leather in great shape. T-tops are also in great shape. For $8,500, I think it was a good deal. If anyone wants to bs bout f-bodys my AIM screen name is BRob98Z28. Enjoy my page.
