1998
This is what the firebird looked like before I began any work on it. Its not the exact picture of it but something very similiar. My cars paint was in worse condition and there were several rust spots. I decided to do the body work myself and then have someone paint it.
2001
This is what the car looked like after it was painted. I also purchased new 15" rims (don't laugh I was on a budget).
2002
I soon realized that the 305 wasn't going to cut it for me. It was rated at 190hp stock which is pretty pathetic. I knew modding it would be a waste of money so out with the shit 305 and in with the new 350. I bought this from a guy who claimed it made 375hp. It was brand new.
My friend Jon and I worked on the car for about 2 months in his barn. No lifts and no heat. We were able to get the motor in with the transmission but never got it running.
