Well here's some random things...
My buddy Joe's Sandrail when we were out messing around at Glamis. Great times, feels like nothing youve ever experienced before! Endless power, and you just can't break the damn thing!
Oh and heres a couple fun ones from the annual Cal Poly Tractor Pull. Great times, insane machines.
Here's my signature on the forums.
Pismo Beach Car Show 10-14-06: Have lots of pictures, but there were actually a couple B-bodies there! A really clean Roadmaster wagon, and another cloned into a Belair Wagon! Really really nice, and sounded good too!
Other Miscellaneous vehicles....
This old 'glass Auburn had a new Vortec motor, Im assuming a 5.3
All the other cars were starting up, then this 68/69 Roadrunner fired up. Nothing sounds like 472 cubic inches of Race-Hemi. Everyone gathered, haha.
Older Imp Photoshopped...
3-23-07 More Randomness: Rode my Cannondale out to Lopez Lake and took a couple pictures along the way...
5-5-07 Cruisin Morro Bay Car Show. I thought it was gonna be a little show, but holy crap!! It was crazy... here's just A FEW pics, believe me I have more...
Cool valvecovers .......... Nice GT40 Replica....
Original Judge.... yes he drives it...
Wheel on a clean 64 malibu, had front discs bigger than my wheels!!
5-25-07: I was bored and dreaming of a '51-'52 F-1 project for some reason... body modifications to the max, of course...
5-25-07: My friend Mike (qwk96ss) and I drove up north to pick up his new toy, 1986 Buick Regal T-type, wooooooossshhh...
5-26-07: West Coast Kustoms Car show in Paso Robles. This show was HUGE. Main drag was all set up for cruisin' with people lining both sides. One park was completely covered with show participants along with pretty much every street near downtown. It was crazy... Ill start with all the B-bodies...
7-28-07 Car Show in Arroyo Grande. Not bad... lots of the usual. First car is by far the most badass thing Ive ever seen. Will have more pictures later...
8-4-07 FAMOSO RACEWAY!! Went to a test and tune night to run the car. I couldn't get traction all night. Best run was a 14.7 @ 96 mph with a 2.4 60'. Tried everything I could think of, but the one run where I managed not to spin was a 15.4 @ 94 with a 2.7 60'!! Plus the DA was bad as usual, even at 11:30 pm during my best run it was at 2800' Ewww! Lots of fun though... Im thinking wider tires and better posi are in the future ;-)
... at the very left of that first picture you can see Brian Rock's GTO, which has been in HOT ROD magazine a few times. I believe he ran a 10.3x this night!! Real nice guy.
December 2007-January 2008: Backpacking through Europe... too many pictures to upload, but here's New Years in Paris, and a Caprice hearse I saw in Brussels!
Top of the Duomo in Florence and the Maison Caree in Nimes...
Castle in Fussen, and the Colosseum in Rome of course...
The Arene in Nimes (not the Colosseum, haha) and the Popes old place in Avignon...
And lots of Paris...
3-2-08 Tustin Car show: Some nice cars and quite a few for a bi-monthly gathering. Wicked little Nash and a sleep Willy's! Most everything else was pretty run of the mill...
5-17-08 Bangkok fixed gear alleycat race! If you don't know what this is, search on youtube. It was definitely one of the most adrenaline packed, near-death experience filled events I've been in. They said it was unride-able... but it is very ride-able... on fixed gears, with no brakes, in traffic, in the rain, and moving faster than the cars, scooters and busses no less.
