OK!!!!!
All this stuff is old.
The car is in storage (I'm TRYING to retrieve it) and my current daily driver is a 90 colt 200 GT.
More on all this latter.

This is my much loved, very misunderstood (its NOT a pile of Junk!), 1981 Chysler Newport. Incredibly rare (at least up here in Canada), these cars are elegant testaments to the 80's transistory luxury car(80's style with 70's size). one day, it will be a sleeper, knockng the socks off many a civic! of course, thats gonna take a bit . . . but it'll happen!

this 318 4BBL work horse has seen better days. it has over 388,000 km on it, plus conversion to and back from propane (it started life as a consumer gas company car). the front two cylinders no longer have any compression, so I know I need a new one. but that costs money, so it'll have to wait a little while.

take a look at that sumputious interior! still in GREAT condition, except for the headliner fabric, which I had to remove cuz it was sagging so low. oh, and the steering wheel is crack, but big whoop.

now for the bad part. an asshole in a cavilier ran a red light and nailed my back end going around 60 (thats kph), and left a good ding in the right rear quatrer panel. apparently, there's no frame damage (than God!), but I cant find replacements ANYWHERE! up here in Canada, wrecks don't last as long, so finding something in a wrecking yard is HARD! any body got some leads?
