The F-Eighty-Five was your bone stock, no frills driver.
And this one was built in Canada!!!
I would really like to know how many exist, as I have only been able to document two others, both of which were in junkyards.

The hood hinges, heater box, headers, lower alternator bracket, and every factory bolt, nut , and clip has been Nickel plated!

Still have no idea what the 2-6-5 means. I have contacted the Olds history center as well as GM Canada with no luck.

Nice ride you have there. Just letting you know about my 68 F-85. Just bought it out of a field near Edmonton Alberta, Canada where it has been sitting since 1985. Will post some 'field fresh' pics soon. Originally green with black interior, 350, 2bbl, 2 speed auto.

I to have an f-85. It has almost the opposite paint and interior as yours.. its white with the black 442 stripe and it has a tealish interior with a 2-speed auto and a rocket 350.. they are great cars.

I have a 1968 F-85, too. It was made in Canada. I think at the plant in St. Therese. There was also a plant in Oshawa, Ontario Canada. I found mine in a junkyard about to get crushed.
