The Car...

Rusker's 1990 Nissan 240SX

After searching for a few months, this is what $900 bought me. A 1990 240sx SE Fastback. The car was in overall good condition, with ONLY 212k on the SOHC KA motor.

Before I did anything with this car, I needed to take care of a few things. The old 240's came with a foam wing, yes FOAM!. Overtime the wing had trapped enough water to rust the hatch, which caused a small leak. Why Nissan thought this would be a good idea, is beyond me. My solution... I picked up a new hatch at a local junkyard for $21.99, and gave it some paint.

The passenger side fender also had a little damage, so instead of attempting to fix it, I also picked up a new fender. It will be put on after the SR20 has been installed.

Wow very nicely done. I beleave I saw your thread on the build up on NICO maybe? Anyway, check out my 240, not quite as far along as you are. Ran out of money early in the project, then got hurt.
