New Trunk Floor
I wanted a more stable floor that didn't sag when weight was put on it.
Here's the original honda pressboard floor. It has sagged over time and is really a piece of crap.

I decided to make a new floor out of 1/2" MDF. This material is great because it's rigid and i can mount my speaker and amp rack to it without movement. I still wanted access to the spare tire so i cut a trap door in the floor. Here are pics of me making the door hinge. I had to use a file cause I dont have a router :(

I cut the floor by tracing the carpet and subtracting aboyt 1/2" all around. I had to cut wings on the side so I could fit this into the trunk.

Here are some installed pics. The back hole is for the capacitor.
