Updated Final Results
My other Hifonics sub amp was not the correct amp for my setup. I ended up getting a Rockford Fosgate Punch P6001. This amp puts out 600 Watts @ 2 ohms. I ran the JL 12W6V2 coils in parallel at 2 ohms also. This thing hits so hard I had to turn the gain down.



Here's the back end. Since the wires come out the front instead of the side of the amp, I mounted it backwards to clean up the front. Notice the 4 gauge power wire to feed the amp.



Here's the remote bass controller mounted in a nice spot.

The Peel & Seal works fairly well. I can turn it up quite a bit and let it really thump on the inside of the car. If i get out and shut the door it's fairly quiet on the outside from what you would expect. It's def the poor man's dynamat.
