In july of 2004 one of my uncle's decided to give me his 1987 Ford Ranger super cab, he left instruction's that i was not to sink alot of money into it because he believed it wasnt worth much. However im a big believer of Ford Ranger and imediatly went to work sinking money into the restoring of the truck. It right off the bat got a new clutch and pressure plate, new front shock's front rotors, brake's,, neoprene valve cover gasket's, a tune up,New Goodyear wrangler 235-75r 15 tire's which im most impressed by. And including new front drag link bar, emergency brake cable's radius arm bushing's , i have recently aquired 2 70 amp ford altenator's for it which will go nicely with the soon to be installed dual battery system, also a new steering box and my current project in the next two week's complete rear brake's including drum's. So uncle said dont spend sorry unc it's Ford and it's well worth what ever i sink into it.

Currently my Truck boast's stock aside from three different cb antenna mount's and two cb radio's in it's interior, it is my daily driver and we spend alot of or time driving around in a rock quarry where i work doing secuirty yeah there are lot's of place's in there to get it dirty ive even had the misfortune to drive it off a cliff while working that actually turned out to be quite fun in the end. My boss tell's me keep it clean it's more respectable only problem is everyday i work it come's home dirtier then the last day of work aw to heck with respectable clump's of mud are just as good looking as everything else. Now im deep in thought thinking up ways to modify the truck to the way i want it to be like a flat deck with extendable decking which would convert it to short deck for 4 wheeling and a long deck for camping applications. Any way this is my truck and im happy to have it.
