Thanks for Rating my JEEP!!!!
Poser shot...

Flexing it out...

How it Started!!!

It started out with a bare frame that I sent to a sandblast shop. To wich I added Herculiner everywhere on the frame and skidplate. Then I bolted the Rubicon Express Lift kit. I went with a 4.5'' Extreme-Duty wich uses 2.5'' wide front spring using some conversion shackles.
For tire/wheel combination I chose BF Goodrich Krawler T/A on 15x10 Daytona Wheels. To further empty my pockets, I had to put some spacers on the back ( 2 inches to be exact) since I'm using narrow track axles. For the front I did put 1.25" spacers so the front track width would be the same as the rear...

Then I had to find an engine. I once had bought a CJ-7 for parts and the engine, a 304, was running fine. Stored the donor for the winter then sold it in spring the next year. The guy stipped the Jeep completely and had the engine in his garage for a year. So to my surprise, having no other engine on hand bought back the 304 from the guy and cleaned it up a little. Put up some new motor mount and tranny bushings and dropped everything in it's place. Everything fitted nicely. That's what I like when everything is bolt-on!!!

Ok so then i received the body tub back from the paintshop. Every body parts was sandblasted before being sent to the body shop. I had inserts put where every bolts had to go prior to it being painted. The color is a charcoal metallic.

Then i went on with redoing all the wiring figuring out how to mount the seats. Since they are from a Subaru WRX 2002, the original brackets had to be cut down about 4 1/2'' to fit the Jeep nicely. They do slide back and forth and tilt but they don't swing forward anymore. Then I bolted the front fenders, had to change both power steering hoses, steering shaft, master cylinder, fuel gauge. Redo all the brake lines, ordered new lights, basically there's new lights everywhere!!!

Then to my big surprise, I realised I needed a lot more coverage then the stock flares gave me. So on went some bushwacker flares. I installed them using some 1/4'' stainless steel bolts instead of the ones supplied with the kit. They look nicer and won't rust. So now i'm covering all the tires!!!

Ok so afterwards I received my windshield frame, had a new glass installed, installed all of the lights, changed the padding of the roll bar, installed my bikini, and finalised the seat brackets.

After doing some bolting and cutting and welding and bolting again I finally received my winch plate to put my 8274-50 Warn Winch up front. And most importantly I received my long awaited hood. Finally the flames look very nice, gives it a nice little Hot Rod touch since I like both Jeeps and Hot Rods I figured I had to do something on the hood. So I'm pretty happy with the way they look!!! So this is where i'm at right now. Still some stuff left to do but not much... I'll keep you posted. ENJOY!!!!
