This is my 1983 mercury capri L , that we found sitting at a shop in Brooks , My dad went in and offered him $300 and its now mine ,
It a t-top, with 3.8l v-6 .....( remember this all just to start with )
red interior and a fairly rust free body expect for the doors
The the progress so far here she is as of may 20th i rolled her out side , and has been the first time i had seen it outside since it was painted and well look at the before and after it all been worth it

Ok time for an update lol been forever because of work and racing all summer etc so here are some pics from the capri at the track
The car is not light at all to say the least it weighs 3410 lbs with out me in it . Shes quite the porker but oh well motor makes up for it best pass so far was 10.96 at 125 mph with a 1.50 60ft on the 17inch m/t drag radials so it workin hard
UPDATE!!!!!.
The car is getting new heads this winter along with some other goodies . Here are some recent pics and the car has not gone 10.84 @125 mph with a 1.47 60 foot.
