Got a dyno run lately, with all my mods i had 187 whp / 217 wtq
My box is finally done:
To power it all i used a battery isolator and a yellowtop located in the back, behind the consealing wall.
This is my second audio competitor. Currently I am using:
Source Unit: Clarion Pro-Unit
Power Source: 2 Optima Yellowtops
Amplifier: Power Acoustik 3000 watt amplifier
Sony 600w 4 ch amplifier
Subwoofer: Orion H2 12.4 2500w subwoofer
Speakers: 2 pairs of XR series 6.5 2 way components
At a recent car audio competition i reached an impressive 141.9 dB with a single subwoofer. That is more than what people can hit with 2 subwoofers. Orion makes an impressive subwoofer to say the least.
Now to talk about other mods to my car. I have spent little sime so far spending money on the engine, because i have been so much involved in the audio portion. Mind the picture with the cold air intake, the battery is the stock one before i had installed one of the two Yellowtops
