I bought my SVT contour as one of the transition cars between the 98 and the 98.5. I bought it Friday, March 25th 2005 and was drivin around all over my spring break. I bought the car from a friend for 4600, including 93k miles, a pioneer head unit, MA Audio amplifier, and 2 MTX 8000 subs. The only performance-oriented modification was a B&M short shifter(which is quite short).
So far the only modifications I have made are I removed the front license plate bracket and "knauberized" the doors(removed the ding guards) I don't have any pics up of it yet but they're comin. I have my subs sitting on top of a 1/4 " mdf platform that is covered with carpet so they don't slide all over the place. it's still not permanent, but I havent had time to work on my car a whole lot recently.
