IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL 70 CHALLENGER RESTORERS: HEAD LIGHT BEZELS NOW BEING REPRODUCED!!
for me this is the one part I have been looking for and the only good pair I saw at the nats were going for over 1000 bucks. here is the website: http://www.tuffwheelrestoration.com/bezels.html
they're going for $425

6/19, 05; It runs and drives and we've been putting on some miles, it's great now because we got a new shifter, not the part you grab onto, the part that pulls all the little cables for the gears, we also got to put the shifter back on to, we got some other hurst, sometime this week we got to take it over to the body shop and their going to do the final buffing

update: 6/8, 05; my dad went to indy over the weekend for a big race and got a bunch of lttle stuff we need, got the grill in, but i'm missing two of the headlight surrounds so i can't really do anything with the headlight bezels right now other than paint them. I got the correct paint to do that but taping those off sucks!! We hope to get it running by saturday
finally got a ditital camera, here are the pictures

there must have been a plastic bag that melted to the exhaust

the grill now compared to what it was before, you'd think it was a different grill, it's an incredible difference

It came home on thursday, got the rims, wheel well mouldings, got pretty far on the interior, dropped motor and trans in today, repainted motor, drivshaft in, probably a week or two away, depends on how much time I have.
