As of 9/18/09 this car and the turbo project are for sale. I'm looking for 1400 for the car, and best offer for the turbo setup/motor. If purchasing both, there would obviously be a deal to be made.
This is my Beretta GTZ. I was very fortunate to have my father front me some money to pick this guy up right after my 16th birthday.
I bought it with 60,000 miles on the body, and 2000 miles on a freshly rebuilt motor.
These pics were taken 4-20-06. Just about exactly 5 years to the day that I bought it.
Its not perfect, but hey, the car is 16 years old.
The growl, power, and 5 speed transmission was everything a 16 year old could want. Its not the fastest car in the world, but it put away all the Hondas, and 305 F-bodies that other people had back in High School.
The motor is a 16 Valve DOHC Quad 4 High Output. It comes stock boasting 180 horsepower and 160 lb/ft of torque out of a mere 138 cu. in. (just below the 2.3 liters named on the badging).
