^ The Ka I'm working on for the car... was planning to go turbo, but some deals fell through at the last minute; Have since gone for the all-motor project. EGR,AIV etc have been removed. Mild port/polish,aluminium UDP, 6 puck sprung clutch, flywheel. Going in soon, car is getting prepped. Plan on making a CAI as well.
^ Rebuilt cylinder head, new timing chain, water pump/thermostat , oil filter, etc..
^ Pdm stage 2 C.404.H Camshaft(Intake 268 degrees duration, .441 valve list, Exhaust 272 degrees duration, .447 valve lift...Cam caps do have to be milled for proper fitment, for the 240 guys)
^OBX-R header; t-304 stainless, looks amazing, won't crack or rust like some ceramics do.
^ Better pic of the intake mani/ throttle body. Bead blasted, mild port/polish$ gasket match, secondarys removed and and welded shut.
Also have done sleepy eyes, brakes, manifold-back exhaust, probably more... pictures to come next time I remember
