This is the 27k, one owner, bone stock,1988 Celebrity Eurosport that is soon to be turned into a VR!
The wife found it on E-bay, and after much deliberation, we bought it. Then we had it shipped from Detroit. Its the right color combination and all! Perfect to clone a VR!!! Wrong year, but soooooo what?! The '88s are just like the '87s. It'll be better than the original. A new '88 VR with 27k miles and the '87 interior! It runs and drives like new. A/C needs help, thats a bummer. The paint is checked on the trunk and clear coat is peeling elsewhere. So we're going to strip and repaint the entire car. And its got some minor rust on the fenders. But other than that, its all good.
...and beggers can't be choosers.....chances are slim that I could find another '87 like this '88. blah...
