This is a pretty rare car and worth saving. Less than 1500 of them were built in '87 and '88 combined. This was not an aftermarket body kit. This was a factory ordered option package. The lowest production Chevrolet specialty car ever built. This car has every available option. It even has the factory sunroof(it always leaked). But its not very collectible.....not yet anyway...

The car itself is too far gone to save. Its worn out. Rust has taken over. Its an A-body. It was never garaged. It was the family cruiser for years. When we got it back in '92, it had 72k on the clock and had already been repainted.
Its been a VERY good car.

And very unique. For what its worth, it has the desirable '87 interior. Custom upholstered seats with leather. Custom interior door panels. The only year for this option. The interiors were too costly to produce, so they were dropped in '88.

I decided long ago that someday I would make this car like new again. So it sat in the driveway for the last couple of years. Slowly falling apart. Piece by piece. And rusting away. Its still all intact. It runs great, but drives and steers like a dump truck. Its just slowly rotting away....

Well,....I have a new garage,......and someday has arrived...
