I bought my Maxima almost 5 years ago, used with 71,000 miles on it. I recently was involved in an accident and had to have it repaired.

I decided as long as I was doing this, I'd "do it up right". Along with new front end parts, the entire car was sanded, primed and painted back the original Nissan dark blue. I replaced the factory tails with TYC Skyline style lights.

I'm currently using the Carbon Fiber bezels but I'm having the paintable bezels done to match my car!
I had a couple of bent wheels and as I was tired of hearing my tire guy complain, I bought some American Racing wheels.

I didn't want real flashy and I think these fit the bill!
My only regret is that I didnt go with a bigger size wheel. I let the thought of buying both wheels and tires deter me.
I replaced the amber bumper lights with diamond cut clears.....much improvement!!!! Also had my door handles painted to match the car, SE style. Door and trunk locks also painted. I also removed the Maxima and Nissan emblems from the trunk lid. This made for a really clean look!
I plan to have factory mud guards installed so as not to mess up the new paint and as soon as the paint cures I'll put one of the new magnetic bras on the hood to protect from rock dings.
