Updates
October 16, 2008
I replaced the pathetic LED halos on my fog lights with CCFL ones. Wow those are bright! They are my new driving lights since they use way less power than the HIDs. In the second lip the HID is also on. It is visible from any angle now, and it is the perfect color that all of my lights are going to be eventually (6000k). More pics below.
I've also finally got my new tail lights. I haven't put the LEDs in them yet, but I really like these. More pics below. The next thing to do to the car is a 35% window tint.
I added a bunch of pics at night, too.
September 28, 2008
They are 17 inch Drag DR-9's wrapped in Nitto NeoGens. They are exactly what I was hoping they would be, and now there is much improved cornering (stiff tires now). I uploaded a bunch of new pics so check it out. Next is a window tint and my LED tail lights.
September 12, 2008
I decided to make my short ram intake a cold air intake. It was a lot of work (lots of cutting and grinding) but it should really help make the car zippier. I just used a 3 inch flexible dryer duct from Home Depot. Ignore all of the electrical choas going on there....
August 16, 2008
I finally got my full 6 piece exhaust installed. $100 for the Tsudo catback exhaust, $140 for the OBX catalytic converter, and $190 for the OBX headers and down pipe. Perfect fit! Just lots of hard work to get on. I had to saw off the old exhaust. It is loud even with the silencer but I'll get used to it. I have noticed some small performance gains.
August 17, 2008
Just finished changing my gages to the ones with the tachometer, and it actually works without extra wiring! I also installed some AC AutoTechnic S7 gage faces (the first 7th gen Corolla to have them that I know about lol so I went out on a limb). It looks and works great! I did manage to change the odometer reading on the new one to match my old one exactly, so that is good. The only thing is the letters on the temperature gage face are switched (it starts at H and warms up to C LOL LOL). And for some reason the tach needle doesn't light up well and you can't see the orange grid/tick marks in the night pics.
August 18, 2008
OK, so after I drove to work and back I realized that the new temperature gage didn't work! So, after some debugging, I decided to figure out how to replace the gage thing itself with the old one. I took both of the gages out of the pod so they were separate. Then, I removed the needle heads by wedging a flat screwdriver under the black plastic and pushing up. They actually came off! Then, I removed the faces by unscrewing 2 black screws on the old big temp gage and by pulling off the new small temp gage face. Then, I took the two screws off of the new gage so now both the new and old gage was apart. Then, I simply swapped the two and put them back together, using new super glue to hold the new small temp gage face on.
If you notice, the new temperature gage rotates counter clockwise while the old one rotated clockwise. This was PERFECT for me since now my new gage would match the white gage face by starting at the C and going down to the H! Like the gas gage. So, I put the needle back on where I wanted it, and now it looks like this:
so now that works perfectly! Another thing off of my to-do-list.
I'm not going to update the rest of the pages for a while since this new format makes it too hard change the formatting of all of my pages. So don't expect much from me for a while.
And don't forget to check out page 10 to see what I've got for sale in case you want any of it!
The top of each page has the date it was last updated, so check back for updates regularly!

Current Exterior of my Car
Here are the most recent pictures of my car. It is dirty and cloudy but oh well, you can see my new tail lights here.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
These pictures are recent but I don't have the new tail lights. It had just rained for several days, so my car is covered with dirt, and it is still cloudy. Still, I had to take pics of the car with rims, so here they are!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It seems I don't have any pictures of the car clean, but here is an older pic (no rims or tail lights) showing how blue it really is in the sun.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here are the new pics of my lights in action. These are current pictures. These first pics are the DRL CCFL fog light rings. These are always on.
Next are the turn signals:
And the brake lights:
And back up lights:
Parking lights and DRLs:
And now all of the lights are on:

Some older stuff
The $200 Maaco Presidential paint job looks pretty nice for the price in my opinion. The color is Subaru's World Rally Blue Pearl. It is my favorite color! (obviously) It doesn't get any bluer than this!
A close up of my HID/LED projector head lights and corner lights. See page 21 for some details on installing these and similar halo lights . (FOR SALE!)
This is a close-up of my projector HID fog lights (see page 19 for details ) and my custom-built LED turn signals (see page 25 for details ). I'm thinking of replacing these with the stock/OEM 2001-2002 Corolla fog lights.
Here is a close up of my custom mirrors that I put LEDs in (see page 25 for details ).
I also put 6 rear-facing amber LEDs to function as just the turn signal (they don't get dim or light with the parking light)
Here are my custom one-of-a-kind LED tail lights that I'm not using anymore. See page 14 for details . (FOR SALE!)
That is the bumper from a 2002 Corolla that I modified a bit to fit on my car. I relocated the license plate underneath in the opening, and I put some mesh in there. Then, I added a lip underneath to match the rest of the body kit. See page 24 for all the details . I'm thinking of putting my stock upper grille back, though to eliminate all of the gaps around the head lights.
Here are my pretty rare z-3 fenders that I managed to find used for half price. I've filled the pinstripes and door moldings on the sides of the car and the bumper, and I've filled the gap between the fenders and the roof. No more LED side markers. You can also see a little bit of the Erebuni side skirts. If you want these fenders, let me know because I'm thinking of going back to stock fenders. (FOR SALE!)
The rear of my car features a non-extended Erebuni rear bumper (I hated the way the bumper just stuck off of the car so much), a super-smooth trunk that matches the contours of the custom tail lights, and a BMW M3 style lip spoiler with an LED third brake light (I removed the window light for a cleaner look). The body kit has been discontinued, so it is impossible to get anymore. I managed to pick up the entire thing for $200 including shipping, and then I sold the front bumper to slowngreen .
A nice white LED strip evenly lights up my rear license plate since the non-extended bumper has no room for the stock lights.
The upper HIDs are 6000k and the lower HIDs are 8000k.
The mirror light serves as a side marker light during the night.
4 projectors + 4 HIDs makes for a very bright road!
