This is my 1985 s-15 jimmy i bought this vehicle at a good price and started working on it. It came with a 305 v8 and a metric automatic tranny. My blazer now has a 30 over 350 built for round track racing. This blazer has had the tail lights shaved, and relocated to the molded in roll pan, the license plate box has been frenched into the tailgate.
I have changed out the rearend that came with the blazer for a 1999 zr2 4x4 diskbrake rearend with a 342 gear. I had a custom drive shaft made from a camaro drive shaft to fit up to the 350 turbo tranny with a b&m stage 2 shift kit with a b&m trans cooler thats mounted to the front of the radiator. Also installed a Hurst Promatic 2 shifter to help bang threw the gears with a Hurst T-handle for the shifter knob.
Led tracktor trailor lights were installed along with H4 angel-eye headlights, clear corner lights, clear bumper lights.
The factory mirrors were replaced with carbonfiber m3 mirrors with the led turn signals in them.
The factory wing has been removed and replaced with checkmate billet aluminum wing.
The motor was also treated to chrome 350 stamped valve covers, chrome double roller timing chain cover, and chrome oil pan along with high volume racing water pump, racing power steering pump and hoses, and a edelbrock 750 4 barrel thats been rejetted to an 850 that is topped by and accel highrise street filter. The engine is being cooled by perma cool 12" and 8" electric fans.
The factor hood was swapped out for a ram air hood made by extreme fiberglass.

The interior is still in the process but im going with 1999 model s-10 blazer interior including front and back seats, custom console and custom door panels.
Still in the works is air ride for my blazer all im lacking right now is the 4 link and switches
This is a up dated pic of the rear hatch gate after I shaved the body line off of it
Ok i know its been a while so here some updates to my ride the doors have been shaved. the tail lights have been redone for the 3rd time but with new tail light fillers this time, and the bad section on the quarter was cut out fixed to make the body solid now i just need to get the primer off and get the paint on. I have added a new intake to the motor an edelbrock torkerII intake. parts to still be added are a set of timing gears to do away with the old chain.
