The story of my laser goes like this....

I was driving around one day looking for a new eclipse/laser/talon because my 93eclipse decided to go on me. I check out a couple ads in the paper. Most of them were dirty, in bad shape, and needed a lot of work. While I was driving down this main road i came accross a 1990 plymouth laser just sitting at a mechanics shop. I suddenly remembered that car has been there for a while. Though there was no for sale sign on it i decided to ask if it was for sale. The guy in the shop said yes 300 Firm. So im like it must have no motor or not run. I ask him whats wrong with it he tells me its needs a new alternator, front brake rotors, and a muffler. I ask him to start it up suprisingly it runs loud. So I make sure it works, drives, and check it out some more. Doesn't have any major body damage needs some new paint on the hood and trunk. I tell him ill take it......

I get the car home. Write a list of what needs to be done, etc. First thing is I checked the alternator fuse guess what its blown!. I run to pep boys buy a new one pop it in and pray it doesnt blow. And behold the alternator works that saved me about $150. Now I am going to buy a new Pacesetter header/downpipe because the flex pipe is shot and it's only $150 for the whole assembly. I ran some seafoam through the engine and it made some difference idles better +/- 800 not the 1200 it used to. Also this plymouth had a sun roof although its a 2.0 n/t a/t for $300 I can't complain.

Oh and it has a VIPER alarm system installed too!!
