Modified bumper support to fit intercooler.

Trimmed bumper to fit intercooler. Made brackets and mounted the intercooler.

Removed old fuel tank in preparation for mounting fuel cell in trunk.

Changed out expansion valve in A/C

Cut out trunk. Making it level now so I don't have that recess for the spare tire. I'm also using stainless steel =D.

Welded a piece of stainless sheet metal into the trunk. Bolted fuel cell up.

In Australia on vacation for three months. Will get back to finishing the car when I return. Till then, I'll be partying hard!!!

Cut holes for the fuel filler cap, vent, and fuel level sender in the trunk.

Routed fuel lines, mounted oil catch can, fuel pressure reg, and worked on polishing a few bits and pieces. Also routed the power cable the the battery in trunk.
I will be molding a duct into the bumper to rout air directly into the intercooler. I will work on welding up the pipes and routing them throughout the week.

I just bought a pair of rear 300zx tt alloy rims which will be wrapped in some Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials 255/50R16... We see if I can get a nice 1.6 60' time outa em hehe...

My daily driver at the moment is a Dodge Ram Van hehe but I will have my baby back on the road soon. Lot's of work to do and many late nights but 400rwhp is worth it :P I will try to post pics as I go.
I spent a lot of time posting all these pictures and info to help you viewers with information and an insight into what it takes to accomplish such a project. Of course there is a lot more to it than you will see from the pictures, but this is a good overview to what I did. It was a longer process than I thought it would be. Enjoy!
