This is my 1983 Ford Mustang GT convertible. It has 70,000 original miles on the 5.0. It is 1 of only 993 GT convertibles sold in the U.S. in 1983 (8 sold in Canada). It is black with a black interior. When I got the car it was all orginal. Though I have modified the car a bit since then, I have kept all the original parts right down to the TRX wheels. Trying to make the car perform better without ruining it's rare appeal. I had it dyno tested and it came up with 189hp and 258ft/lb at the rear wheels, which equats to 227.5hp at the motor taking into account a 17% loss to the wheels. Pretty good considering the care came stock with 175hp at the motor. This was before I installed the underdrive pulleys and Edelbrock Manifold.
