1992 Chevrolet Caprice Hearse.

Check out Me & my Flamin' Hearse in the Movie Promo for "MOONTOWER", a new feature length film to be shot this fall.

I'm in the funeral business and bought this rare Caprice Station Wagon Superior Hearse conversion for fun! It's Silver with Purple/Blue Flames.
Hell must be freezing over. Ice on my Flaming Hearse after the ice storm in Austin.
In the Old Town Cemetery on our vacation to Tallahassee, Florida.
Just got my new license plates. I think they make the right statement on a hearse!
It's fun to drive and gets alot of looks! Everyone wants to ride in it. I've replaced the 2nd seat to make it a Cool Passenger Car. It's better to ride in a Hearse sitting up than laying down! The casket rollers are still in the back, just in case!

Just went to Albuquerque, NM for Christmas. Here's the hearse at the base of Sandia Mountain overlooking the Albuquerque valley.
Replacing the cracked windshield with a new one.

I'm having an out of body view of the Flamin' Hearse. .......... A view from the front.
I may be mistaken but I believe those trees
are watching my car!

This is of course a great cruising car! Filling up at the gas station. It has the stock 5.7 litre/350 c.i. engine and gets 25 mpg on the highway. (Much better than the 11 mpg highway that I got with my '77 Caddy Hearse I used to own.)
The modified tailgate opens all the way to allow a casket's entry. It no longer opens down. You can see the rollers and bier pins. I found a rear seat from a red Caprice in a junk yard. The rear seat was just reupholstered blue to match the blue interior.

My hearse in the Cemetery at New Harmony, Indiana. A really cool Cemetery!
Driving thru a Covered Bridge in Indiana. We had a great time cruising around Indiana in the Flamin' Hearse.
Overlooking the Texas Hill Country. Cruising down by the South San Gabriel River in the Hill Country.

The Flamin' Hearse in the Bagdad Cemetery in Leander, TX.

My Flamin' Hearse at the Historic Hopewell Cemetery in the country.

This was taken at the Liberty Hill Cemetery in Liberty Hill, TX, just north of Austin. Looks like a storm coming.
Here's my Flamin' Hearse hiding in the Garden of Good and Evil at the Bonaventure Cemetery on our vacation to Savannah, GA. It's a great car to drive through the most haunted city in the U.S.
Me with my hearse stopping in Oklahoma City on the way home after purchasing it. It was pretty dirty and needed a lot of cleaning.
