Submitted for your approval is my 1964 8 door Econoline.8 door Econolines are very rare and I was lucky to find this one in such good condition. There is no rust and the body is next to perfect. The paint is new. The interior is almost all padded and upholstered. It needs a few things here and there such as new rubber around all the doors and anti rattle kits in the front doors but thats about it. I do have some plans for it in the future such as changing the mirrors to west coast mirrors and installing a u shaped bench in the back with a small table but nothing fancy. I want to keep it fairly simple. It has new chrome rims and new tires as well as a new tranny, brakes, and clutch. It has a 170 straight 6 motor with 3 on the tree. It has dual exhausts. The van is not a race car by any means. It is strictly a cruiser

Mike and Gail... Lifer Vanners! When I created the Vanner Group here, I looked for the nicest vans I could find. I didn't know where Highland was, or what Berdoo was either. It's no wonder I found your many vans... you probably have more! Seriously, you should join the Vanner group, as it's obvious to me that you are West Coast Vanner royalty with a lot to teach the young and share with the experienced. Promote Berdoo here, find some decent new Vanners to carry the legacy. Plan some road trips or host Vanners you meet who'd like to hang out. Most who've signed up are East Coast, and I understand lots plan to go to Nats in Illinois this year. There's so many reasons, but I guess it's mostly selfish... I wanna hear it all! This van... I love it... tried to by an 8 door 64 Merc not long ago, but the price went too high for me to justify the space... I think one could be my next van! Cheers!
