New Rims! I got these off of cruizinconcepts.com which is a Mustang aftermarkets parts store. Is it my fault that we share the same bolt pattern? ;)

Its your basic late '90s mustang GT rims. These are hyperblack, basically im tryin to move away from the whole black rim look again, and the fronts are 17x9 and will have 245/45/17 tires. The rears are 17x10.5 and will be wrapped up with 315/35/17 tires. Now THAT is a solid platform.

Headlight Replacement 101

Ok so alot of people asked me how to do the whole lense flip on the headlights after i did mine so here you go. Prep it by removing the 8 metal clips around the lense with some needle nose pliers. Its honestly real simple, make sure your oven is big enough for a full headlight (attempt this before you turn it on lol). Then go ahead and place it on a cookie sheet if possible (using the grill is fine its just not a sturdy flat surface). And before you commit to baking these things place the headlight in the oven on the mount itself, do not let the glass touch any part of the oven.

The idea is not to let the glass heat up or it will crack. The oven temperature should be on low or around 185 degrees. Dont worry, the plastic doesnt melt. But it is hot enough to make the adhesive holding the lense in place soften up to be removed. Let sit for roughly around 10-15 minutes. Make sure youve got padded working gloves and a fine tipped flathead screw driver to pull them apart. Yes the adhesive will stretch but dont worry bout it.

After doing this you should clean the inside of the lense and if youve always wanted some crazy JDM look, take the housings out, sand em down and paint them black. But the lense and housing together and take 4 of those 8 clips and put one on each side as guides. Place back in the oven, same temp and time, and throw the other 4 clips on where needs be. Let it cool and youve got yourself a brand new lense!

Front End Body Work

Well for the most part its been tough and coming. That accident i had with the whole me hitting a coyote (thus the name of my car) i wouldnt have half of this up lol. Basically what all unfolded was recieving my whole body kit one week and starting the painting and body work 3 months later thanks to work. I did everything in 3's on this... bondo, primer, paint, clear coat... all of it. And now i have to do it all again thanks to the road trip to and from Oklahoma. Thank God for patience. So heres some pics of what the whole process was.

The initial fitting was simple outside of my side skirts cramping the fenders thanks to the grilles they both had on them. The front bumper took some time to line up and i had to make 2 brackets to support it which was easily done with a 90 degree shelving bracket found at home depot and bent/drilled to fit.

A lil time in between and all that 1 on 1 time with me and some 3m respirator and then the fenders and front bumper were touched up with some Brilliant Silver. Lined up the Splitters and made sure all the predrilled holes i made earlier worked before i committed to the clear coating process.

Now that the front end is done im moving onto the side skirts which you can see my old R33 vis types got carved off. No sense in duct taping over a good job just to keep them from rattling down the road. Style is something you take time on and never rush. So these old cracked and beat up side skirts are about to get tossed and replaced! But before that ive got to prep for the rear fender overlays first. That will be happening soon dont you worry. Here was a pic from before the last second road trip that chipped my paint job here and there.
